Prepared documentation and specifications for the alterations and additions to the existing four-storey terrace house. The design maximises the use of available natural light and ventilation within the house. The alterations to the roof form and pitch have been designed to maximuse the view of the harbour that is sympathetic to the streetscape and character of the existing dwelling.  The additions included an extension of the billard room, inclusion of a new cellar and new timber deck balcony.
